Sweeping equipment, game times and measurements.
All players must use WCF approved sweeping pads and follow WCF rules regarding sweeping.
There will be no time-clocks during the event so we ask the teams to strive after a quick pace of play and a maximum of 2 hours per game. Teams are responsible for measuring their own stones. If the teams can’t agree, then you can call for an umpire.
Pre-event practice
All teams have 9 minutes practice on each sheet on Wednesday morning. Two teams on each sheet. Please see allocated times in the schedule. Länk till annan webbplats. Clockwise rotation between sheets.
Also be ready for the group photo, which will take place right after practice. Wear your competition clothes.
Pre-game practice & DSC
Pre game practice start 15 minutes before each game. The team listed top in the schedule has first practice. Teams have 4 minutes practice before every game. Practice is followed by two LSD draws, one by each player. One clockwise and one counter clockwise.
Time Out & 4th end break
Teams have right to one 60 second Time Out per game, plus one more in an extra end. Players call the Time Out. Opposition coach may also interact with their team during time out.
The 4th-end break should be no more than 2 minutes. Coaches are responsible for keeping time as well as letting the umpire know that a Time Out has been called.

Streaming
This year we will be live-streaming for all sheets. Games will be found on the Youtube Channel >>"Svensk Curling”. Länk till annan webbplats.
You are of course welcome to stream your own games (but please check with your opposition that they are ok with it!) The wifi at the curling club is not strong enough to cover everyone so you will need to use your own internet for this.
